Delete your Introdeuce account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, straight from the app.

In the app

1. Open Introdeuce and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab.
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@introdeuce.in from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• Your profile, username, interests, languages and availability
• Your connections, connection requests, messages, voice notes and private notes
• Your scheduled and past calls, ratings and notification settings
• Your verification records, and any ID image still in storage

Messages and voice notes in conversations you were part of are removed for the other person too.

What we keep

• If the account is suspended for breaking our rules when it is deleted, we keep a one-way hash of its email address and the reason, so the same person cannot sign up again straight away. It cannot be turned back into your email address.
• Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
